Warranty
Royal Sovereign is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best value and we do our best to assure our products are free of defects. We warranty all of our products, which applies to the repair or replacement of a product found to be defective in material or workmanship for one year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Our warranties do not apply to products damaged resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance or damage that is attributable to acts of nature. Royal Sovereign International, Inc. (and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
Defective products must be returned to your retailer for replacement or refund if within the retailers return policy. Royal Sovereign does not give refunds. If a product cannot be returned to the retailer due to it being out of the retailers return time period, but is within the one year warranty, the product may be repaired by one of Royal Sovereigns authorized service centers or shipped back to Royal Sovereign freight prepaid, with proof of purchase and payment for return shipping and handling (check or money order).
