Heat Assist Top Roll Laminator

Built on the platform of the RSC-1401C laminator, the RSC-1401H gives the added feature of a heat assist top lamination roller. This unique feature helps activate the adhesive of pressure sensitive laminates for a smooth clear finish and shorter laminate cure times.  The added heat also helps reduce the phenomenon know as "Silvering" when using some cold lamination films.

The RSC-1650LS allows you to easily handle the largest prints, banners, posters and signs. The RSC-1650LS is designed for use with pressure sensitive laminating films, mounting adhesives and backing films. This machine is incredibly easy to use and since there is no heat required the laminator is ready immediately to laminate and finish your documents in just minutes.

Hot/Cold Roll Laminator

The RSS-1050N is primarily designed for higher volume thermal lamination and encapsulation applications but can also accommodate cold lamination and mounting.  This model incorporates hot shoe heating technology which produces higher output speeds when compared to similar silicone roller laminators.

Clear pressure sensitive adhesive

Royal Clear Mount is an aggressive double sided pressure sensitive, solvent acrylic mounting adhesive with a coated paper release liner. Acid free and ph neutral making this adhesive suitable for fine art and archival applications.

Pressure sensitive cold lamination film

Print Pro UV is a premium vinyl pressure sensitive cold over laminate.  Available in Gloss, Luster and Matte-Sand surface.  Perfect for calendared vinyl inkjet output.  Can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.  Excellent image protection and enhancement properties.

Heat activated vinyl over laminate

Royal Foto Flex-Sand(Pebble) is a heat activated over laminate film on a PVC base that provides resistance to UV and scratches.  Ideal for flexible displays and trade show exhibit graphics.  Royal Foto-Flex Sand(Pebble) has a unique protective PET outer layer which is peeled away after lamination providing professional results.  The surface of this film knocks down glare without compromising image quality.

Front Feed Assembly

The Royal Sovereign front feed assembly is an optional accessory designed for both our 1400 and 1401 series laminators.  This assembly will support a large roll of printed material straight from your inkjet printer.  Perfect for Vehicle Wrap applications or when long lengths of material are being laminated.

Thermal Monopolymer lamination film

Royalam I is an economical clear gloss thermal film with a monopolymer adhesive technology.  It is an ideal polyester thermal film for over lamination and encapsulation of documents where durability and scratch resistance is required. Royalam I is the perfect choice for school and quick copy centers.  Available in both 1.5 and 3 mil thicknesses and various widths and lengths.
